•Heat acclimation in preparation for competitions in hot weather countries or in extreme conditions (cooling / pre-cooling processes);
•Developing optimal physical condition (anaerobic alactic, anaerobic lactic and aerobic energy system);
•Targeted muscle strengthening and development (with equipment*);
•Increased flexibility (muscles, joints, spine, shoulder and pelvic girdles);
•Injury prevention through proprioceptive work targeting the strengthening of ligaments and tendons (prevention of damage to ankles, knees, spine, shoulders and pelvis...);
•Possible use in certain protocol such as the specific recovery "hot-cold alternating treatment";
•Post trauma rehabilitation (cf. paragraph on rehabilitation).
